Thank you for considering Sanctuary Salon as your new salon home! We understand changing salons is a big deal and can raise many questions and concerns! We have created this to answer all of your questions and give you an idea of what it’s like working at Sanctuary Salon.

WHAT IS INCLUDED IN YOUR BOOTH RENTAL/COMMISSION:

  • Coded door access 24 hrs a day

  • Towel Service (never wash a towel again)

  • Housekeeping service weekly

  • Each artist has a station and a color cabinet for storage

  • Refreshments provided for guests including bottled water, wine, snacks, coffee, tea and more

  • Backbar is provided for all stylists (shampoo, conditioner, sample products and styling products with sales of retail)

  • Earn 15% flat-rate commission on all product sales

  • Community color bowls, brushes, whisks, wet brushes etc.

  • Maternity leave offering for established booth rental and commission stylists

  • Stylist referral program for booth renters and commission stylist


MARKETING:

  • Stylists have their info listed and social media on the website stylists page of sanctuarysalonnashville.com

  • Sanctuary Salon's Instagram account will repost the stylist's post with contact information for each stylist on a regular rotation
